Appearance:
She has dark brown hair with light brown eyes. She stands at about 5 foot 1 and looks to be not getting any taller. Her weight is around 120. She has a very girlish figure yet dresses more like a boy. She keeps her hair up in a pony tail most the time unless its some special occasion. It is normal to catch her in a apron since she is mostly working in the kitchen.
Basic Personality:
She is the all around nice girl who loves helping people. Although don't mess with her she ain't afraid to start a fight even if she looses. Her mother means the world to her and she would do anything for her. The kitchen staff is like family to her, yet she wishes to be a dragon rider with her full heart. She can be sarcastic at times and love to tease people playfully. Its hard for her to make friends since she is not out and about a lot, but once a friend of hers always a friend.

History:
She was born to her parents, Mika and Zy'n. Mika was a simple kitchen worker while Zy'n was a blue rider who died from an illness before Zyika was born. Like tradition Zyika was named for her father and her mother. Zyika never knew her father and was raised by her mother and the rest of the people in the kitchen. Her mother taught her to treat others like how she wished to be treated, but Zyika inherited her fathers hot temper.
Zyika did not grow up around rest of the other weyrbrats but older grown ups. Ever since she could barely walk, her mother kept her in the kitchen. Mika didn't like being separated from the one thing she had to live for especially since now Zy'n and his blue dragon was gone forever. Zyika would just play in the corner by herself fully entertained by the littlest things. She loved to bang random things together as if to make music.
As she grew older she began to talk about how beautiful dragons were and asked millions of questions. She drove the other kitchen workers nuts, but they all would answer the questions of the curious girl.
When she was old enough to stand for impression she also began to learn to cook. After five years of not impressing she began to wonder if she would ever impress. Zyika felt like she would be trapped in the kitchen for the rest of her life, never being able to know what it is like to fly. Her mother told her perhaps it was because she was meant for a great dragon and that maybe this turn would be the turn for her to impress.

- Helpful - She is willing to do anything for anyone even if it is a stranger. She helps out in the kitchen most of the time even though that is not her job. She does that because she knows how hard they all work and how much they appreciate help. She loves the feeling of helping someone.
- Kind - She always has something nice to say about everyone even if she doesn't like them unless they make her upset then she will lash out at them, otherwise she will be kind to everyone for the most part.
- Loyal - Once a friend, you will always be a friend to Zyika. She will help you and perhaps even die her friend if there is no other choice to help them.
- Independent - She rather stand on her own two feet then depend on anyone else. She hates the feeling of owing anyone anything and feels bad when she does. She rather be able to say she did it all herself then say she got help from someone.
- Determination - Even if the odds are against her she will find a way to make everything work out to where it is suppose to be. She is determined to impress this turn no matter what, because she does not want to be stuck in the kitchens anymore.

- Hot Tempered - She is easily angered especially if it is someone picking on her. or a close friend on her. Even if it is just light teasing. She can get very snappy at times as well.
- Holds Things Back - When she is thinking she often won't tell people what she is thinking especially if it is bad. She doesn't like it when people judge her for small little things, and when they judge her badly that is when she usually breaks out into some fight. She finds it easier to hold everything back.
- Aggressive - When defending someone or even herself she tends to not think and go head first into a fight even if the odds are against her. She often losses a fight but it seems like she don't really care, it helps her get anger out much quicker then letting the anger just sit and stir inside of her.
- Nosy - She always wants to know what is going on and tends to annoy people with all the questions. She asks many questions even if she doesn't answer questions back. She also likes to spy on people or dragons to try and figure out what they are doing.
- Head In The Clouds - She often day dreams too much especially of her maybe riding a queen. It is normal for her to be distracted from her work and she will burn things in the kitchen or accidentally cutting herself when she begins to day dream.
